A journey back in time to the way we used to eat, with a gourmet twist. Hand made Tuki lamb sausages in bread, lamb patties from our organic beef with homemade relish and organic home grown vegetables, freshly caught trout fillets with hand cut chips from locally potatoes with house made tartare sauce. Lamington cake and chantilly cream. All served with some local lemonade and beer.
